Omen Media offers custom website design, marketing strategy, and digital services. Some of our solutions may be built using professionally designed templates that we customize to fit your brand. We also offer ongoing services such as hosting support, maintenance, and updates depending on your project scope.

2. Payments

A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin any project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion or at a mutually agreed milestone. No work will begin until the initial deposit is received.

3. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and time invested, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you need to cancel a project early, please contact us — we may offer to pause or reschedule depending on the stage of work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to content, brand assets, and feedback during the design and development process. Delays in communication may result in project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, images, and branding you provide. We retain the right to showcase your completed project in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing. All designs, templates, and assets created by Omen Media remain our property until full payment is received.

6. No Guarantees

While our goal is to improve your online presence and support business growth, we do not guarantee specific results, including leads, conversions, sales, or new clients. Outcomes may vary based on many factors outside of our control, including your industry, market conditions, and your ongoing efforts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” Omen Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party platforms or tools (such as GoHighLevel) to deliver certain features or services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.

9. U.S. Use Only

Our services and website are intended for use by individuals and businesses located in the United States.

10. Changes to Terms
